I have been blessed with the chance to stay in Dumaguete, specifically at Harolds. If my memory is correct i stayed there for more then 4 times. I totally recomend Harolds b'coz of its great service and FREE breakfast! ( I hope libre pa rin) I never tasted bread so great only at Harolds with bottomless coffee and a hefty serving of Butter and Jam. The prices are very affordable and the service is really great. I hope sometime i can be back with my family.!
